Leadership · Technology · Endurance

Hi, I’m Philippe.

Raised on the Danube, at home on Lake Zurich. I run an industrial SME, use AI in real life rather than slide decks - and this is where I share what I learn.

My story

From the Danube to Lake Zurich

I grew up in Krems an der Donau, in the heart of Austria’s Wachau valley - among vineyards, the river, and the quiet certainty that the world keeps going beyond the next hill. That’s exactly where it pulled me: always a little further west. University and early career in Innsbruck, then international projects across Austria, Poland, and Liechtenstein.

Liechtenstein became the turning point - for a reason no project plan had foreseen: that’s where I met my wife.

And so the road led me to Switzerland, where I now live on Lake Zurich and run an industrial SME. In 2019 I took eight months off to travel - Sri Lanka, the Caribbean, North America. That time taught me two things: I need less than I thought. And good work doesn’t depend on a desk.

The route so far

Always a little further west.

What drives me

Three constants

01

Technology, applied

Actually using new tools - especially AI - instead of just talking about them. From experiment to everyday operations.

02

Endurance

Road cycling, running, triathlon over the 70.3 distance. Long distances teach you: consistency beats talent.

03

Being on the road

From the Danube to Lake Zurich, with detours across three continents. Curiosity always travels along.
