I like things that work in real life.

New technology does not interest me as a slide. I test it, adapt it and keep what genuinely makes the work better.

The same applies to leadership and sport: clarity helps. So does endurance.

Always a little further west.

Raised between vineyards and the Danube. At home on Lake Zurich today. In between came university, projects and a few detours.

Three things that keep me going.

    Experiment

    Test new tools on a small scale. What works becomes part of day-to-day work.

    Stay with it

    Road cycling, running, triathlon. Over long distances, consistency matters more than a fast start.

    Gain distance

    Being on the move teaches me which things matter and which merely feel urgent.
